Skin & Joint Nourishment: Rejuvenates and deeply nourishes the skin, promoting joint health and supporting the body tissues.
Dosha Balance: Restores the natural balance and harmony of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).

In Ayurveda, Abhyanga is considered an essential part of the daily wellness routine, known as dinacharya. The healing power of herbal oils and massage reflects the very foundation of Ayurveda: the unity of body, mind, and spirit.
The word Abhyanga comes from the Sanskrit roots abhi (toward) and anga (body part), literally meaning “to anoint or rub into the limbs.”
During the treatment, warm herbal oil is gently massaged into the entire body through seven traditional positions. Starting from the head, the therapist works systematically down to the feet, giving special attention to the soles.
The goal of the massage is to allow the oils to deeply penetrate and nourish the tissues while opening the srotas—the body’s energy and nutrient channels. This process is essential for dissolving and eliminating ama, or toxins, from the body.
As a complementary treatment after the massage, steam therapy (Swedana) is performed in the Indian sauna. These two treatments perfectly complement each other. During the Abhyanga, the warm oils mobilize toxins, while the heat of the sauna opens the pores, helping the body release them. This combination not only detoxifies your body but also recharges you with new energy and helps harmonize your doshas.
