I am Ajay Singh, an Ayurvedic expert with a BAMS degree obtained in Kerala. My professional journey began in India: I managed my own Ayurvedic salons in Goa, and also obtained qualifications as a yoga instructor and naturopath.
Since 2014, I have been working in Hungary to make authentic Indian Ayurveda accessible in a credible, personalized, and practical form. As the founder and professional director of Surya Ayurveda Massage and Therapy Center, my goal is for our guests to receive not just treatments, but genuine Ayurvedic support.
For me, Ayurveda is not merely a system of treatments, but a complete philosophy of life and health. It examines the connections between the body, digestion, nervous system, lifestyle, sleep, and mental state. During assessments, we don’t just look at individual symptoms, but also at the physical and mental burdens the guest arrives with, and what kind of support they may need.
Our guests often turn to us due to chronic stress, exhaustion, sleep difficulties, digestive complaints, joint tension, hormonal imbalances, or general physical and mental overload. In such cases, an Ayurvedic assessment helps determine the appropriate treatment approach, cure, Panchakarma process, or lifestyle support.
At Surya Ayurveda, treatments are based on the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, the use of warm herbal oils, precise treatment sequences, and the attentive work of experienced therapists. The emphasis is not only on momentary relaxation but also on ensuring that the treatment or cure is tailored to the current condition.
We warmly welcome you to Szentendre and Budapest’s District II if you are seeking genuine Ayurvedic support — whether in the form of a single treatment, an assessment, or a deeper, curative process.
Mahesh joined Surya Ayurveda with over 15 years of professional experience and currently works at our Szentendre salon.
As an Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapist, he obtained his qualification in Kerala, then worked in several locations in India, including Delhi and Jaipur, and later in Dubai, where he spent six years.
Throughout his professional journey, he has gained extensive experience in Ayurvedic cleansing treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and Abhyanga. His treatments are characterized by traditional Indian Ayurvedic principles, precise technique, and deep, attentive presence.
Bhavya is an experienced Ayurvedic therapist with over 7 years of professional practice.
She earned her degree in Kerala, specializing in Panchakarma therapies.
Passionate about her work, she is driven by a deep commitment to excellence. Ayurveda has always fascinated her—the power of natural healing and the use of herbs that can restore health without side effects.
Throughout her career, Bhavya has gained experience in several countries: after completing her studies, she worked for several years at Sadhguru’s Isha Center, then continued her professional journey in Oman and Cuba, practicing in Ayurvedic hospitals.
She now welcomes those seeking rejuvenation and healing at the Surya Ayurveda Massage and Therapy Center in Szentendre.

He has been a valued member of our team for several years and currently works at our Budapest, District II salon.
Ajesh brings over 20 years of experience as an Ayurvedic therapist and yoga instructor. With deep expertise and genuine dedication, he helps his guests restore both physical and mental balance.
He earned his degree from a renowned Ayurvedic college in Kerala, after which he spent five years working as a therapist at the college’s affiliated hospital. He later expanded his knowledge and experience by practicing in several major Indian cities at leading Ayurvedic clinics.
Ajesh’s career spans more than 12 years of international experience across the globe — including Russia, Oman, Vietnam, Colombia, and Qatar — where he successfully applied the ancient science of Ayurveda to diverse cultures and client needs.
His main specializations include Panchakarma treatments, joint therapies, and Ayurvedic beauty care, and he also has extensive knowledge in the preparation of medicinal formulations.
It’s not just what you eat that matters – but also how, when, and in what state.
