I. Introductory Provisions and Service Provider Information
1. Purpose and Scope of the GTC
The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) define the terms of registration, participation, payment, withdrawal, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the training courses organized by Surya Ayurveda Massage and Therapy Center (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).
The GTC form an inseparable part of the agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the individual applying for the course (hereinafter referred to as the Applicant).
By submitting the course application, the Applicant explicitly accepts these terms and conditions.
This GTC is valid for an indefinite period and applies to all courses starting after the effective date indicated above.

3. A Szolgáltatás tárgya és tartalma
A Szolgáltató a jelen ÁSZF feltételei szerint ayurvédikus masszázs tanfolyamokat szervez és bonyolít le.
A tanfolyamok pontos tartalma, időtartama, helyszíne, oktatója és díja az adott tanfolyam weboldalon közzétett részletes leírásában kerül feltüntetésre.
A Szolgáltató fenntartja a jogot a tanfolyam tartalmának, időtartamának, helyszínének, oktatójának vagy programjának indokolt esetben történő megváltoztatására. Erről a Jelentkezőket a lehető leghamarabb, e-mailben értesíti.
4. Conditions of Participation
Only those Applicants may participate who:
meet the advertised prerequisites for the given course,
have paid the full course fee in accordance with the provisions of this GTC,
have accepted the terms of this GTC, and
comply with the house rules and the instructor’s guidance during the course.
III. Application and Conclusion of Contract
5. Application Process
Applications may only be submitted through the Service Provider’s website by completing and sending the online registration form associated with the selected course.
Applications submitted through other means (e.g., Messenger, phone, SMS) cannot be accepted or recorded.
6. Conclusion of the Contract and Confirmation
The submitted application form constitutes an offer by the Applicant to participate in the course.
The Service Provider will send an email confirming receipt of the application, which also serves as confirmation of registration.
The contract between the Service Provider and the Applicant is concluded upon the Service Provider’s confirmation email.
The confirmation includes detailed course information, participation fee, payment terms, and bank account details for transferring the deposit or full fee.
The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any application without providing justification.
IV. Participation Fee and Payment Terms
7. Course Fee and Payment Methods
The participation fee is listed on the course description page. All prices are in HUF and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. The bank account number is provided in the confirmation email.
8. Payment Deadlines and Conditions
Enrollment is only finalized once the full course fee has been received by the Service Provider.
Participation in the course is conditional upon full payment before the start date, either by bank transfer or in cash.
If the full amount has not been received before the course begins, the Applicant will not be permitted to attend.
For transfers from foreign bank accounts, all associated bank charges must be borne by the Applicant.
In case of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to deny participation.
V. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider and the Applicant
9. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider shall conduct the advertised course in accordance with its published description.
Modifications: The Service Provider may, in justified cases, change the date, venue, instructor, or schedule of the course, notifying Applicants via email as soon as possible.
Course Cancellation: The Service Provider may cancel a course if the minimum required number of participants is not met, or if unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, e.g., illness of the instructor, natural disaster) occur. In this case, a new date will be offered. If the Applicant cannot attend the new date, the full participation fee will be refunded.
The Service Provider is not liable for damage to or loss of participants’ personal belongings.
10. Rights and Obligations of the Applicant
The Applicant has the right to participate in the paid course if all conditions are met.
The Applicant must comply with the house rules and follow the instructor’s directions.
The Applicant is responsible for any damage caused by them during the course or on the premises.
Participation is voluntary. After receiving certification, any treatments performed by the Applicant are at their own risk. The Applicant waives any claim for damages against the Service Provider or instructors arising from such activities.
VI. Withdrawal and Cancellation by the Applicant
11. Conditions of Withdrawal and Cancellation
If the Applicant is unable to attend an online course after paying the fee, the amount may be transferred to another course. This must be requested no later than 2 days before the course start date by email. Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of the course cannot be accepted. Only email notifications sent to szentendre@suryaayurveda.hu are valid; messages sent via phone, Messenger, or SMS will not be accepted.
Paid fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward another course within 3 months, once only. If the substitute course is also canceled by the Applicant, the paid amount is forfeited.
Once the course has started, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
Cancellation is only valid if sent via email to szentendre@suryaayurveda.hu Phone, Messenger, or SMS messages are not accepted.
Substitution: Another person may attend the course in place of the Applicant, provided the Service Provider is notified in writing (email) at least 2 business days before the course start date.
VII. Data Protection and Intellectual Property
12. Personal Data Protection and Processing
By accepting this GTC, the Applicant consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Service Provider for the purposes of course organization, communication, invoicing, and compliance with legal obligations under Act LXXVII of 2013 on Adult Education and Government Decree 11/2020 (II.7).
The Applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

13. Copyright and Recordings
All educational materials, methodologies, and intellectual property (including know-how) used in the courses are the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
By accepting this GTC, the Applicant agrees that photographs, audio, or video recordings taken during the course by the Service Provider may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
If the Applicant does not wish to appear in such materials, they must inform the Service Provider before the course begins.
Recording or photographing during the course by the Applicant is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
VIII. Complaint Handling and Legal Remedies
14. Complaints
Applicants may submit complaints in writing via email to szentendre@suryaayurveda.hu or by post to the Service Provider’s registered address.
The Service Provider will investigate all complaints within 30 calendar days of receipt and respond in writing.
15. Legal Disputes
All disputes arising from this GTC are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall first seek to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation.
If this fails, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office.
Applicants classified as consumers may also submit complaints to the conciliation board competent for their place of residence or stay.
16. Legal Disputes
The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are published on the Service Provider’s website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the present GTC. The modifications shall take effect from the date of their publication on the website and shall not apply to contracts already concluded and valid; for previous registrations, the terms and conditions of the earlier GTC shall remain in effect.
If any provision of the present GTC is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a new one that best reflects the original intent of the provision.
