Udwartanam – Herbal Powder Massage (Dry Massage)

Masterful Movements: You will learn the precise direction and pressure intensity of the intensive full-body rubbing technique, which can kickstart your client’s metabolism.
Expert Ingredient Selection: You will learn how to select herbal powders specifically for Kapha-type weight loss and effective cellulite treatment.
Leading a Detox Program: You will become capable of independently conducting a detoxifying and slimming treatment.

Takra Dhara – Flowing Herbal Buttermilk (Whey)

The Technique of Precise Flow: You will learn the art of continuously and evenly pouring herbal buttermilk (takra), which requires much more attention than traditional Shirodhara.
Pitta-Specific Knowledge: You will learn how to use this cooling variation to alleviate stress, chronic headaches, sleep disorders, and inflammatory conditions associated with the Pitta dosha.

Kati Vasti – Local Oil Bath for the Lower Back

Safe Construction of the Dough Wall: You will learn how to prepare and secure the special “dam” (dough wall) to ensure the oil remains leak-free in the lumbar region.
Temperature Management: You will master the technique of setting and maintaining the precise oil temperature for effective treatment of the lumbar region, back pain, and sciatica.

Janu Vasti – Local Oil Bath for the Knee

Execution of Joint Therapy: You will learn the professional application of the oil bath around the knee joint, which can specifically help alleviate cartilage wear (osteoarthritis) and stiffness.
Aftercare and Consultation: You will master special massage techniques after the treatment to achieve maximum musculoskeletal effectiveness.
