Panchakarma, the detoxification program, is an Ayurvedic rejuvenation and cleansing therapy based on knowledge thousands of years old. Its aim is to cleanse the body of toxins and restore the balance of the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) in the body.
In many cases, due to an unhealthy lifestyle, improper nutrition, smoking, a stressful life, or even prolonged illness, medications, or birth control pills, it is sometimes necessary to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins. We also offer detoxification programs at Surya Ayurveda Szentendre and at our Surya Ayurveda salon in Budapest District 2.
This intensive, personalized treatment series uses a combination of therapeutic procedures—including specialized massages, herbal steam therapies, and herbal enemas—to safely eliminate toxins.
