Winter has not yet fully released its grip, but spring is already &#8216;knocking&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n<p>According to Ayurveda, this is <strong>not pure spring<\/strong>, but a transitional period when:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the burdens accumulated during winter begin to dissolve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the body prepares for a new cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>balance can easily be disturbed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This is why many people feel most fatigued at this time.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What happens in the body at the end of winter, during seasonal transition \u2013 from an Ayurvedic perspective?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In winter, the body operates in &#8216;storage mode&#8217;:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>craves heavier foods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metabolism is slower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more Kapha energy accumulates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>When the weather softens, this accumulated Kapha <strong>begins to dissolve and move<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>This can cause:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fatigue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dull thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>slowed digestion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mucus buildup, allergic symptoms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a heavy feeling in the body<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lack of motivation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This is not an illness \u2013 but the body&#8217;s natural adjustment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The question is: do we consciously support it, or resist it?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What should we eat in late February \u2013 early March, during the <strong>seasonal transition<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In this transitional period, the goal is <strong>not yet a complete spring lightening<\/strong>, but rather a gentle detoxification.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Recommended:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>warm soups, vegetable purees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>steamed vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>millet, basmati rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mildly spiced dishes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ginger, turmeric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lukewarm water with lemon in the morning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>It is advisable to reduce:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cold foods and drinks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>too much dairy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sugary, heavy meals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatty meats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The digestive fire (Agni) is weaker at this time \u2014 a too-heavy diet increases exhaustion.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How to support the body&#8217;s transition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>During this period, the most important thing is: <strong>gentle activation, not shock.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>light daily movement (walking, stretching, yoga)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>waking up earlier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warm bath or sauna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oil self-massage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regularity in eating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The body is &#8216;cleansing&#8217;
