Place the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan and melt it over low heat.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Let it come to a boil, then observe as the water evaporates and the butter heats up.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The butter turns golden yellow, and foam appears on top.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Once the foam settles, and a golden-brown sediment forms at the bottom, the ghee is ready.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.
