I am Ajay Singh, an Ayurvedic expert with a BAMS degree obtained in Kerala. My professional journey began in India: I managed my own Ayurvedic salons in Goa, and also obtained qualifications as a yoga instructor and naturopath. <\/p>

Since 2014, I have been working in Hungary to make authentic Indian Ayurveda accessible in a credible, personalized, and practical form. As the founder and professional director of Surya Ayurveda Massage and Therapy Center, my goal is for our guests to receive not just treatments, but genuine Ayurvedic support. <\/p>

For me, Ayurveda is not merely a system of treatments, but a complete philosophy of life and health. It examines the connections between the body, digestion, nervous system, lifestyle, sleep, and mental state. During assessments, we don’t just look at individual symptoms, but also at the physical and mental burdens the guest arrives with, and what kind of support they may need. <\/p>

Our guests often turn to us due to chronic stress, exhaustion, sleep difficulties, digestive complaints, joint tension, hormonal imbalances, or general physical and mental overload. In such cases, an Ayurvedic assessment helps determine the appropriate treatment approach, cure, Panchakarma process, or lifestyle support. <\/p>

At Surya Ayurveda, treatments are based on the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, the use of warm herbal oils, precise treatment sequences, and the attentive work of experienced therapists. The emphasis is not only on momentary relaxation but also on ensuring that the treatment or cure is tailored to the current condition. <\/p>

As an Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapist, he obtained his qualification in Kerala<\/strong>, then worked in several locations in India, including Delhi and Jaipur<\/strong>, and later in Dubai<\/strong>, where he spent six years.<\/p>

Throughout his professional journey, he has gained extensive experience in Ayurvedic cleansing treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and Abhyanga. Ajesh\u2019s career spans more than 12 years of international experience across the globe \u2014 including Russia, Oman, Vietnam, Colombia, and Qatar \u2014 where he successfully applied the ancient science of Ayurveda to diverse cultures and client needs. <\/p>

His main specializations include Panchakarma treatments, joint therapies, and Ayurvedic beauty care, and he also has extensive knowledge in the preparation of medicinal formulations.<\/p>
