I am Ajay Singh, Ayurvedic expert and founder of the Surya Ayurveda Massage and Therapy Center, and I passionately believe that the harmonious unity of body, mind, and spirit is essential for maintaining true health. <\/p>

Ayurveda is not merely a healing method\u2014it is a philosophy of life, teaching us how to achieve and sustain our inner balance. This equilibrium is the key to our well-being, as illness arises when harmony is disrupted. <\/p>

For over 15 years, I have been successfully supporting my clients through the traditional healing methods of Ayurveda\u2014helping manage high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, hormonal imbalances, stress and anxiety, as well as digestive disorders, joint pain, and skin diseases. Through a holistic approach, I don\u2019t just treat symptoms\u2014I also consider the deep interconnection between body and mind. My goal is to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual\u2019s needs and lifestyle. Using natural therapies and balanced living, I guide my clients along their healing journey, encouraging them toward a more conscious, mindful way of life\u2014one that nurtures both body and soul. <\/p>

He earned his degree from a renowned Ayurvedic college in Kerala, after which he spent five years working as a therapist at the college\u2019s affiliated hospital. He later expanded his knowledge and experience by practicing in several major Indian cities at leading Ayurvedic clinics. <\/p>

Ajesh\u2019s career spans more than 12 years of international experience across the globe \u2014 including Russia, Oman, Vietnam, Colombia, and Qatar \u2014 where he successfully applied the ancient science of Ayurveda to diverse cultures and client needs. <\/p>

His main specializations include Panchakarma treatments, joint therapies, and Ayurvedic beauty care, and he also has extensive knowledge in the preparation of medicinal formulations.<\/p>
